Listed below are basic Specifications and Settings for Digital Photography
Color
  Calibrated Monitor (using a hardware calibration device)
  Profile embeded in delivered file: Adobe RGB
  Profile for Web, Fuji Frontier or other Minilab: sRGB
  Profile for CMYK - Supplied by Printer if possible
File Size
  Minimum for CMYK Reproduction: 150 PPI at Final Size
  High Quality for CMYK: 240 PPI at Final Size
File Types
  JPEG, for Electronic Delivery (FTP or email ): minimum quality 8, Max Preferred
  JPEG, For CD delivery: Maximum Quality
  Tiff File - For CD delivery or FTP if bandwidth permits
IPTC Data
The following Fields appear in Photoshop's File Info. Required Fields are in Red
  Title: Subject Name or Descriptive Title
  Author: Photographer's Name
  Caption: Who, What, Keywords, Client etc
  Job Name: Job or Assignment Name or Number
  Copyright Status: Mark as Copyrighted
  Copyright Notice: Photographers Copyright Notice w/ URL
  Owner URL: Photographer's email and/or URL
  Date Created: Date of Photograph
  City: Location of Photograph
  State: Location of Photograph
  Country: Location of Photograph
  Credit: Photographer/Agency
  Source: Photographer/Agency
  Headline: Subject Name or Descriptive Title
